What is the MoV Practitioner Course?

By the end of this MoV® Practitioner training course, individuals will learn how to implement MoV® principles to a variety of business situations, including developing an appropriate plan of MoV® activities and following the MoV® process throughout a project’s life-cycle. This training course follows up the MoV® Foundation Course.

Pre-Course Reading

The training course includes 15 hours of pre-course work. This includes reading chapters One (Introduction) and Two (Principles) of the MoV guide at least twice and highlighting areas where appropriate. You should also try and gain an understanding of the structure of the MoV guide, including the glossary. There will also be evening work throughout the course.

Who is this course for?

Prior to undertaking this training course, individuals must have previously gained the MOV® Foundation Certification - this will offer a grounding knowledge-base for the Practitioner Certification.
