This hands-on 5-day course in will prepare you for both the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner exams which are taken as part of the course and always included in the course fees.

During the week you will cover both the PRINCE2® Foundation & PRINCE2® Practitioner training courses. These can be taken separately if you prefer to split your PRINCE2® training across two weeks. A PRINCE2® qualification will help your project management career and help you deliver projects that meet objectives within budget and on time. PRINCE2® Practitioner Pre-Course Reading

Before you attend one of our PRINCE2 training courses we'll provide you with the official PRINCE2® Manual. Our workbook guides you through the PRINCE2® Manual in an accessible and easy to understand way - giving you a solid base of knowledge before the course and allowing more time to be spent on the practical applications. Up to 13 hours of pre-course reading is recommended.

PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Evening Work

You will be given homework during the course in the form of Sample Foundation Papers to complete and may also be required to do some scenario based homework as well.

For delegates undertaking the Practitioner examination, there will be additional homework on day 3 which will involve completing sample objective examination questions in preparation for day 4 and the practitioner exam on day 5.

Please ensure you keep your social diary free during the course so that you are able to complete work during the evenings.
