NEW! Risk Assessment Training Accredited by IOSH
We are pleased to announce the addition of Risk Assessment Training to our Health & Safety training options. It's our second IOSH accredited course, joining our highly popular IOSH Managing Safely training course.
The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) is the only Chartered body for health and safety professionals in the world, and currently, we are the only organisation to offer an IOSH accredited Risk Assessment course!
At the end of our 1-day IOSH Introduction to Risk Assessment training course, you will be able to carry out effective, comprehensive risk assessments that meet industry standards. You will also take a short practical test at the end of the day resulting in an IOSH Risk Assessment certificate.
IOSH Risk Assessment Course Dates
The first available dates for our brand new Risk Assessment course are:

Why is Risk Assessment Important?
It can be easy to dismiss workplace risk assessments as 'health and safety have gone mad!' but actually they're a vital part of any business and are responsible for keeping employees, employers, customers and the public safe.
A risk assessment is a straightforward study of a work environment, detailing the possible threats to the safety and well-being of anybody in that environment.
Risk assessments are a legal requirement under UK law and so you must make sure that there is somebody on-site trained to carry them out. If you come on our 1-day Risk Assessment course you will gain an IOSH accredited Risk Assessment Certificate, proving that you are able to competently complete risk assessments at work.
Don't put your business at risk by letting hazards go unnoticed - as well as causing injury to people you could also lose your business due to unsafe practice or as a result of legal proceedings.
View the IOSH Risk Assessment Training course page for the full objectives and outline or call us on 01273 622272 to find out more about the new course.
